I began in videography, editing and 3D video graphics, then expanded into design, branding, websites, content, social media and digital advertising. I later founded an agency and moved into leading full creative teams.

Founding partner and manager of a six-person team, responsible for hiring, training, workload allocation, quality control, client communication and delivery.

  • Managed 55+ monthly clients and supervised production of 230+ reels per month during peak periods.
  • Built a workflow enabling shooting, editing and delivery within 24 hours while maintaining quality.
  • Contributed to pricing, creative concepts, scripting and client revision management.

Official department manager leading nine employees and supporting a seven-company group across automotive, real estate, security, tenders, logistics, shipping, business management and vocational training.

  • Advanced commercial video production in Turkey and modernized brand identities for Jordan-based companies.
